Kelly is a senior financial and operational executive with more than 15 years of experience building and managing finance, human resources and administrative infrastructure for technology companies. Kelly's corporate experience ranges from publicly-traded software companies such as INSO and Allen Systems Group, (formerly Viasoft), to technology start ups including Axway, (formerly Cyclone Commerce), Upromise and Mall Networks. Kelly's particular focus and talent is in developing, implementing, and scaling financial processes and controls. She has significant and hands-on experience evaluating and implementing financial systems ranging from mid-tier accounting systems (Great Plains, Platinum and Solomon) to tier one ERP systems (JD Edwards), to internally developed SQL back-office databases. Kelly has significant experience as well in acquisitions, private equity funding rounds, and debt financing.

Kelly graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Massachusetts.
