Dan brings over 25 years of financial and operations experience to Delta. His career includes
diverse public and private company experience, from Fortune 500 to venture-backed start-ups, and nine years in Big
Four public accounting. He is experienced in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity raises, and operations and
infrastructure build out. In 1994, Dan joined Andover Controls Corp., a software and electronics manufacturer serving
the building automation controls industry.
From 1997 through 1999, as Vice President of Finance, he oversaw $30M of
growth as Andover crested $100M in revenue and expanded operations in Europe and into the Far East. In 1999, he joined
Onex Communications, a developer of terabit service processors and switching fabric, as Chief Financial Officer. While
at Onex, Dan managed the $20M Series C financing and steered the company through its successful $84M sale in 2001 to
TranSwitch Corporation (NASDAQ: TXCC). Dan has provided financial and strategic advisory services to established
and venture-backed technology companies, including Vitrue (

Visible Measures Corp. (

Scanscout (
www.scanscout.com),
Simpad (
www.simpad.com) and MocoSpace
(
www.mocospace.com), and was instrumental in managing the
$70M sale of SiteAdvisor to McAfee (NYSE: MFE) in March 2006. Dan received his BS, with honors, from Boston College and is a
member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
